At NIMI’S, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality pickles, chutneys, and traditional food products with the utmost care. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or consumed.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Leaking or tampered packaging
  • Expired product delivered

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must remain unused and in original packaging
  • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products were damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Taste or personal preference-related concerns
  • Orders placed during special offers or clearance sales

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • In COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

4. Replacement Policy

If an incorrect or damaged item is received, we may offer:

  • Free replacement of the product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund based on the issue

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
  • In case of approved damaged deliveries, replacement shipping will be covered by NIMI’S
